All About Balance

Because Finding The Fun In Life Is All About Balance!

This class is dedicated to focusing on using the core through breath, connection, balance, and alignment. We really slow things down so that you feel each sensation through the movements and find a deeper connection. We use exercise balls, single-limb exercises, and other tools to give you a full body workout with lots of sneaky core!

This low impact class is suitable for all women at all stages of life.

All ages of Littles are welcome to this class.

Fit Barre
Fit Barre is a low impact, yet high intensity class designed to connect you with breath and core as you move through the series of full body toning, strength, and flexibility.
 
This fun class will challenge your muscles through isotonic and isometric work using body weight, as well as other equipment. Although many of the movements are derived from ballet, no dance background is required.
 
This low impact class is suitable for women at all stages of life. Modifications will be given for pregnant and healing postpartum bodies, when required.
 
All ages of Littles are welcome to daytime offerings of this class. 
 
You are welcome to wear bare feet or barre (gripped-toeless) socks.

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga is the wonderful practice of connecting mind, body, and breath through stillness and movement.

Enjoy this beautiful practice connecting with your ever-changing pregnant body. Balance, strength, and movement are important in order to promote health throughout your pregnancy and as you prepare for labour, birth, and motherhood.


This practice is suitable for all fitness levels. Variations will be offered for all trimesters.

Please bring your own mat.

Fit Mom Yoga
Yoga is the wonderful practice of bringing together mind, body, and breath through stillness and movement.

Enjoy this beautiful practice alongside your Little(s). Within each class, you will move through a series of postures to focus on connecting breath to movement, while also incorporating your Little(s) if they are interested. Balance, strength, and movement are integral to every season of motherhood and this is your opportunity to explore your practice with a little extra chaos surrounding you.

This practice is suitable for all fitness levels, with focused modifications for healing pelvic floor and core.

All ages of Littles welcome. Although we do ask that you bring quieter activities for your Littles if they choose not to participate alongside you, screens are not encouraged in the studio.

This practice is suitable for all fitness levels, with focused modifications for healing pelvic floor and core.

This class is designed for a minimum of 8 weeks and up to 6 months postpartum (or non-mobile babies).

Let's move!
 
Within each class, you will move through a series of postures to focus on connecting breath to movement, building strength and flexibility, while learning how to soften. Balance, strength, and movement are integral to achieving full function of our bodies and minds in our daily lives.
 
This movement-based practice will focus on connecting breath to postures while building strength and flexibility. Each class we will work toward a fun and challenging peak posture or sequence. Modifications will be offered to be accessible to all.
 
This practice is suitable for all fitness levels, with focused modifications for healing pelvic floor and core.

Pine Pass

8 Class Pass - $100

  • For clients who have had 3 or more appointments with a Pine Health Practitioner(s) within the past 6 months

Regular Punch Passes

5 Class Pass - $75

10 Class Pass - $130

20 Class Pass - $250

  • passes are valid for six months from purchase

One Month Unlimited - $140

One Year Unlimited - $1400

37 Weeks Gestation - Delivery Day - $0*

* You may attend up to two classes per week from the day you are 37 weeks along until the day your baby arrives.
