Prenatal Yoga (Drop In)

Yoga is the wonderful practice of connecting mind, body, and breath through stillness and movement.

Enjoy this beautiful practice connecting with your ever-changing pregnant body. Balance, strength, and movement are important in order to promote health throughout your pregnancy and as you prepare for labour, birth, and motherhood.

This practice is suitable for all fitness levels. Variations will be offered for all trimesters.

Fit Barre (Drop In)

Instructor: Stephanie MacDonald | Monday | 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Fit Barre is a low impact, yet high intensity class designed to connect you with breath and core as you move through the series of full body toning, strength, and flexibility.

This fun class will challenge your muscles through isotonic and isometric work using body weight, as well as other equipment. Although many of the movements are derived from ballet, no dance background is required.

This low impact class is suitable for women at all stages of life. Modifications will be given for pregnant and healing postpartum bodies, when required.

You are welcome to wear bare feet or barre (gripped-toeless) socks.

  Please note that evening offerings are meant to be without Littles. Daytime offerings of this class are open to Littles attending with you.

Mom & Baby Yoga (Drop In)

Instructor: Stephanie Macdonald | Tuesday | 11:00 am  – 12:00 pm

Yoga is the wonderful practice of connecting mind, body, and breath through stillness and movement.

Enjoy this beautiful practice alongside your new baby. Within each class, you will move through a series of postures to focus on connecting with your healing body, while also incorporating your Little. Balance, strength, and movement are integral to this season of motherhood.

This practice is suitable for all fitness levels, with focused modifications for healing pelvic floor and core.

This class is designed for a minimum of 8 weeks and up to 6 months postpartum (or non-mobile babies).

All About Balance (Drop In)

Instructor: Rebecca Chapman | Thursday | 9:30 am – 10:15 am

Because Finding The Fun In Life Is All About Balance!

 

 

This class is dedicated to focusing on using the core through breath, connection, balance, and alignment. We really slow things down so that you feel each sensation through the movements and find a deeper connection. We use exercise balls, single-limb exercises, and other tools to give you a full body workout with lots of sneaky core!

This low impact class is suitable for women at all stages of life.

All ages of Littles are welcome to this class.
