Kelsea graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of
Alberta and has been working in a private practice setting for the last 8 years.
During her journey of returning to running, sports and gym activities after giving birth to her daughters in 2018 and 2020, she also developed a new passion for pre- and post-natal exercise and education. Kelsea can help provide new moms or moms-to-be the support they need so that they can continue to safely participate in their recreational activities with exercise modification and proper core and pelvic floor engagement. Kelsea hopes to continue to expand her knowledge in this growing area of physiotherapy as well.
Kelsea incorporates various treatment techniques such as manual therapy, needling, postural correction, strengthening, and functional exercises to help her patients safely return to work, sport/running or simply their everyday activities.
On the side, she loves traveling and tackling life with her husband and two young daughters by her side.
