Philosophy:

During her journey of returning to running, sports and gym activities after giving birth to her 3 daughters, she developed a passion for pre- and post-natal exercise and education. Kelsea can provide new moms and moms to be the support they deserve to continue to safely participate in their recreational activities with exercise modification or proper care and pelvic  floor engagement.

Fun Fact:

I love traveling and completed my last physiotherapy clinical practicum in Indonesia.
