Tara strives to take a patient centered approach by educating her patients to equip them with the knowledge they need to make them apart of the treatment team. Tara uses a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic home exercise to set you up for success and independence. Tara loves celebrating every win with her patients. Your goals are her goals!
