Philosophy:
Liz has a gift for connecting with patients and strives to create an environment for her clients to feel heard and validated as they navigate their road to recovery. Her approach to physical therapy, founded in the Integrated Systems Model (ISM), focuses on looking at a patient as a whole to get to the root of the problem and includes the use of manual therapy, patient education and a strong element of therapeutic exercise. She treats the body with a holistic approach and has applied her passion and knowledge of the human body to creating her own unique style of assessment and treatment.

I am a mom to 2 little humans. I play the harmonica and have a black belt in karate.
