Philosophy:

As a physiotherapist, Kristine believes in taking a holistic approach by considering the whole body on assessment and taking a hands-on approach to treatment. Using manual therapy and needling to get you moving, then exercise and strengthening to make you strong and stable, her goal is to get you pain free and back to your activity/sport/life.

Fun Fact:

All my free time is spent with my two amazing children, Jake and Maya, and my incredible husband, Tyler.
