- Manual Osteopathic Therapist, from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. Education completed in 2023.
Philosophy:
The body has the inherent ability to repair itself. Rebecca works to promote the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress within the body. We naturally live in such a high stress environment that it is important to provide a space which allows the body to decompress and remember stability.
Fun Fact:
I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love a good hike, and spending time outdoors. I’m always open to try new things or experiences!
