Astha believes in treating patients with a holistic and bio-physo-social approach. As every patient is different, the approach is always to create a strong, safe, and individual treatment plan for every patient using exercises as well as manual therapy skills. Ultimately, helping them achieve their goals through physiotherapy care. Astha believes that we all learn every day whether it is from our peers, colleagues or our patients, we just need to be active listeners.
