Philosophy:
Beginning the journey toward healing and self-understanding can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone. It takes courage to reach out and share your story, and my goal is to make that experience feel safe, supportive, and empowering. Clients often describe me as warm and genuine. My approach is empathetic, intuitive, and collaborative. I strive to walk beside you, creating a space where you can explore who you are, feel understood, and begin to make sense of your experiences. With curiosity and authenticity, I help clients uncover insight, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward healing through compassion and connection.
My years of experience working in Edmonton’s inner city have given me the privilege of supporting people navigating complex mental health challenges, trauma, addiction, and systemic barriers. These experiences taught me that true healing happens through genuine connection, trust, and the process of rediscovering one’s resilience. I believe that growth and change are always possible, no matter where you are in your journey.
