Philosophy:

Dr. Shenaigh delivers a hands-on, evidence-based, and patient-centred approach to treatment. She enjoys figuring out the root cause of the problem and helping give her patients the tools to help prevent the issue in the future. She believes that a well-rounded form of treatment is best and often combines manual therapy with education, stress management, nutrition guidance, and rehabilitation exercises. She is passionate about helping new moms (and dads!) navigate the journey into parenthood and helping them achieve their goals; whether it be to pick up their kid pain-free or to run a 10km next summer.

Fun Fact:

When not working at Pine as a chiropractor, clinical lead, and magazine editor, I spend my time with my two kids and husband often off on an adventure. I also like to read (I average 100 books/year), crochet, kick box, run, and do yoga. I would like to run a marathon one day!
