Philosophy:

Helping people feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies is what inspires Jessica’s work as a physiotherapist. She believes that quality of life is deeply connected to the ability to participate in and truly enjoy the activities that bring us meaning.

From the very start of her career, Jessica’s philosophy has been clear and unwavering: to treat the whole person, not just the condition. She sees her role not as a “fixer,” but as a facilitator—walking alongside her clients, creating a safe and supportive environment, and helping them navigate their unique movement journeys. With a people-centred lens that considers the individual within the wider context of family, community, and society, Jessica empowers her clients to understand, reconnect with, and reclaim their bodies. Her goal is to help them not only achieve their movement and wellness goals, but to do so in a way that enriches their lives as a whole— so they have fun doing it! As a former competitive Varsity Track and Field athlete she has an edge for working with clients that want to reach their potential in the face of set backs. Jessica enjoys working with runners, walkers and everything in between and has a penchant for working with those who have abdominal, back, hip/pelvis and ankle/foot-related concerns.

As a pelvic health physiotherapist, Jessica is dedicated to supporting women through the often-sensitive challenges of pelvic floor conditions with compassion, evidence-based care, and personalized guidance. She is passionate about working with women across all phases of life—from childbirth through peri- and post-menopause—recognizing that urogynecological concerns affect nearly half of women over their lifetime. For Jessica, increasing access to pelvic health care and reducing the impact of these conditions on women’s quality of life is a driving mission.

Jessica is deeply grateful for the work she does each day, living and teaching her values as a dedicated physiotherapist who is committed to helping people move, heal, and thrive.
