Philosophy:
My philosophy as a physiotherapist is rooted in patient-centered, evidence-driven care. I believe that meaningful recovery begins with truly listening and connecting with my patients to understand their goals, challenges, and lifestyles. Every person is unique, and so are their treatment needs—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I’m passionate about creating individualized care plans that are practical, effective, and sustainable for busy lives. My focus is on finding solutions that fit seamlessly into daily routines while promoting long-term health and resilience. Ultimately, my goal is to empower patients with the tools and confidence to move better and feel their best for the long run.
Fun Fact about Julie:
I’ve always loved chemistry—it was my focus in undergrad—and these days, I channel that curiosity in the kitchen. I love experimenting with bread and all things fermented. My husband often opens a cupboard to find something bubbling away. My family acts as my loyal lab mice, offering honest reviews of my latest creations.
