Philosophy:
During her master’s degree Kelsey had the option to take a pelvic health elective and realized how little we as women are taught about our reproductive and sexual health. Kelsey’s interest in women’s health continued to grow and she learned heartbreaking truths about our healthcare system and the mismanagement of women’s health. This did not sit well with her, and she knew she wanted to pursue this specialty and work towards elevating the standard of care for women’s health. Kelsey’s personal treatment style is a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and a lot of education. She always wants to make sure her clients know why their injury or condition occurred and how the treatment plan will address it. Kelsey strives to build a collaborative relationship with her clients where they can work together to reach their goals and get them back to doing the things they love!
