Philosophy:

Lisa is a registered Pilates Instructor and she enjoy using this unique skill in rehabilitation to give her clients a different experience of movement in their bodies. Her physiotherapy values include building a strong therapeutic relationship, establishing self-efficacy, and taking a holistic approach to rehabilitation using the bio-psycho-social model of care to reach client specific goals. Lisa’s goal is to empower her clients to be the best version of themselves or to help them gain back control of their bodies. She loves helping clients explore endless and creative possibilities to move and feel better. Ultimately, Lisa would describe herself as a compassionate motivator. Furthermore, she values the skills and expertise of peers and other health care professionals and she is always willing to learn from others. Mantras: “Motion is lotion”, “do it differently”
