She has a gift for connecting with patients and strives to create an environment for her clients to feel heard and validated as they navigate their road to recovery. Her approach to physical therapy, founded in the Integrated Systems Model (ISM), focuses on looking at a patient as a whole to get to the root of the problem and includes the use of manual therapy, patient education and a strong element of therapeutic exercise. She treats the body with a holistic approach and has applied her passion and knowledge of the human body to creating her own unique style of assessment and treatment.

Liz is trained to treat a variety of dysfunctions and her caseload includes everything from pelvic health, abdominal issues, prenatal and postpartum health, sports injuries and complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Beyond physiotherapy, Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends, being out in nature and exploring Edmonton’s numerous festivals and events. Her hobbies include biking, hiking, snowshoeing and travelling to new places.
