As a Registered Dietitian it is my job to help people form healthy habits. I work with clients on a holistic level, as how we view food, procure it and eat it, touches almost every other aspect of our lives.
I am extremely passionate about helping each individual client and/or family find the most sustainable and enjoyable version of nutrition for them.
I also am a food-lover myself, so I have endless recipes, food shares, food fails and resources to pass on to my clients!
